Ordered from halogrow.com, got charged for things I never agreed to buy

I was on the halogrow.com website trying to order something. I clicked the PayPal button, but the transaction just stopped. It never went through, so I tried a few more times.

Next thing I know, they sent me the product. And they sent me more stuff I never agreed to. I didn't even agree to the first order because, like I said, I never finished checking out. I want to send it all back, but they keep giving me fake addresses to return it to. There's no customer service phone number to call either.

I reported the whole thing to PayPal. So far, nothing good has happened.
