Ordered Halsten Stride devices and the return policy was a lie
When I tried to send them back because they did not work for me, they started asking me questions and then offered me partial refunds if I kept them. After a bunch of emails back and forth, they gave me an address in China to ship them to and said they won’t pay for return shipping. That’s not a money back guarantee. That’s deceptive. I lost $300. Their website is tryhalsten.com and their email is [email protected]. Phone number (378) 825-6061.
