Ordered Halsten Stride devices and the return policy was a lie

I ordered 2 Halsten Stride devices. They showed up a few weeks later, fine. But the ads say 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked, within 90 days. That is a straight up lie.

When I tried to send them back because they did not work for me, they started asking me questions and then offered me partial refunds if I kept them. After a bunch of emails back and forth, they gave me an address in China to ship them to and said they won’t pay for return shipping. That’s not a money back guarantee. That’s deceptive. I lost $300.
