Paid for an online purchase but never received the items

I made a purchase from Hand of Noura. I never got the items I ordered. They said they mailed it, but when I asked, they could not prove that or provide any tracking information. My money is just gone. I tried contacting them through their phone number, their website www.handofnoura.com, and the email [email protected], but nothing helped. I lost $100.
