Order never shipped after a month from handhearth.com

I placed an order with them on July 10th. It’s now August 18th and the thing still hasn’t left their “shipping” partner. I paid about 40 bucks for it.

They use these ghost shippers. That makes me think the product is just being drop shipped by some sketchy China supplier. No real tracking, no real movement. Just stuck. I don’t even know if I’m gonna get it at this point.

Ordered gloves and tracking never moved past Brooklyn

I ordered a pair of support gloves for knitting on 07/06/26. They sent me an email saying it shipped on 07/15/2026 and gave me a tracking number. When I track it, it never moves beyond being received. It just sits in the USPS Brooklyn NY 11230 system.

It seems like this is a scam. They use a fake payment label, USPS scans it and it gets into their system, then it gets picked up as a fake or unpaid label. I emailed [email protected] and got no response at all. I lost $31.99 on this.

Facebook ad led to a website that took my money and stopped answering

I saw the ad on Facebook and went to their website and ordered it. That was about three weeks ago. They gave me a tracking number at first but now the tracking number goes nowhere.

I’ve messaged them and also sent a message through the website. Nothing back. I paid $39 and just want what I ordered or my money back.
