Paid for rabbits then they wanted more money for paperwork

They advertized flemish giant rabbits for $150 each. After a couple of days and many texts, they want another $300 for paperwork, transfer fees, registration, etc. When I told them I did not need any paperwork, they said they dont sell them that way. When I complained they offered to take off a hunderd dollard. I already sent the $200 for the rabbits but now it feels like they just keep asking for more. Their address is Springfield, AR, USA. They emailed me from [email protected]. I just wanted the rabbits I paid for.
