Ordered a bike with free gifts, only got the bike after 90 days

I ordered the Mustang bike back in November 2025. It came with a bunch of "free gifts." The website said it would take 25 to 45 days. I didn't get the actual ebike until February 6, 2026. That's over 90 days later. No explanation, no information.

I still never got any of the "free gifts" they promised. That was supposed to be a bike saddle, a pair of mirrors, a helmet, a frame bag, a bike cover, a cup holder, and a lock. Nothing.

The customer service is terrible. The bike itself feels cheap, the workmanship is sub par. I paid $2300 for junk.
