Ordered cat stuff from happy-luna and tracking number is fake

I ordered a cat product from happy-luna.com on 5/28/2026 and paid with my credit card. It was like 53 dollars and some change. I’ve sent them at least a dozen messages asking where my order is. Every time they just say sorry, it’s in transit.

But when I try the tracking number they gave me, it shows the number doesn’t even exist. I keep emailing [email protected] but it’s the same thing over and over. No package ever came. I feel like I just threw my money away.
