Wish I checked reviews before ordering from Harper and Wells
I found them through their website, harperwells-boston.com, and the email is [email protected]. I placed an order and ended up losing about a dollar, 98 cents to be exact. It doesn't sound like a lot but it's the principle.
I never got any kind of confirmation or anything back from them. No reply to my email either. The phone number they have listed is 1(917) 724-2963 and I tried that too but no answer. Just nothing. I feel pretty dumb about it honestly.
Blouses not as pictured and no return help
They offered a small refund to my credit card or a replacement item for no charge. I went ahead and ordered the replacement and I'm still waiting on it. I'll probably just end up donating everything. The original order said there was a money back guarantee if I wasn't happy, so much for that.
The site said they were located in Boston, MA. Not sure which planet that Boston is on. I won't order from places on the internet again unless it's a store I know.
Ordered shoes online and their easy return is a joke
I asked for a return and refund. They just offered to send another size, but that wasn't the problem. No other size was gonna make them fit better. After a bunch of emails they told me all returns go overseas and would cost me $40 to $50 to ship back. I paid close to $70 for the shoes. Then they said I could pick another pair and keep the cheap ones, or take a 15% cash back refund. Some Easy Return.
