Dress took weeks and quality was nothing like the picture

I ordered a dress from this site https://harperlilysboutique.com/. It looked like a real website, the pictures were nice. But it took weeks to even show up. When it finally came the quality was way below what they showed in the picture and description.

I tried to return it but they said I have to pay for the international shipping. The shipping costs almost as much as the dress itself so it’s not even worth it. I lost about $60 on this.

Their email is [email protected]. Just feels like a waste of money.
