BEWARE SHOPPERS

I ordered 4 dresses to consider for mother-of-the-bride. They arrived on 6/17. You have to write H&L and request return information, so on 6/18 I notified H&L that none of them worked and I needed to return all four: one had huge, gaping armholes, one was very sheer and made of a very cheap fabric, one felt like the fabric was scratchy paper, and one was too much like the bridesmaids’ dresses (which I had not seen before I ordered these). I also believe these dresses are cheap imitations, the fabrics are thin and the fit is not compatible with US standards. They are NOT as described! H&L website states Free Shipping within the US, and unless I missed something, PA is still in the US! But H&L insisted I had to return items only to their Netherlands store! You cannot send returns to the US store! Red flags for sure! They then offered me 15% return (of the total $191.84, I would get $28.77; H&L would get $163.07! They were unable to convince me that this was fair or made any sense at all, then offered me 25% and I could keep the dresses (which I have NO use for!). Still an unacceptable settlement. After several discussions and communications they reluctantly gave me an address in the Netherlands to use for returns. The international postal charges amounted to $58.30; and H&L returned $57.55 to my charge account after six weeks of torture! They kept (stole?!) $75.99 of my hard-earned money. Additionally, when I gave H&L the Netherland’s receipt of returns confirmation number, they offered to let me keep the dresses again. I agreed, just so I could at least donate them to some organization with the hope that maybe someone there might be able to use them. This nightmare began 6/18. I finally received a refund of $57.55 on 7/18, leaving me with a loss of $75.99!
I am still waiting to receive the dresses that I was supposed to be able to donate! It all screams ILLEGAL and SCAMMERS to me, and I hope to save people from all this unjust, unfair practice and weeks of headaches and trying to reason with unreasonable people and situations.

Dress took weeks and quality was nothing like the picture

I ordered a dress from this site https://harperlilysboutique.com/. It looked like a real website, the pictures were nice. But it took weeks to even show up. When it finally came the quality was way below what they showed in the picture and description.

I tried to return it but they said I have to pay for the international shipping. The shipping costs almost as much as the dress itself so it’s not even worth it. I lost about $60 on this.

Their email is [email protected]. Just feels like a waste of money.
