Dress color didn't match and they want me to ship to Netherlands
I just wanted to return it for a full refund like their site says. They told me I had to send it back to a warehouse in the Netherlands and pay international shipping. That would cost more than the dress. They offered me 15% back to keep it or a discount on something else. Their website says money back guarantee and hassle free returns with free shipping in the U.S. None of that is true. No option to return to their Florida store. Really bad customer service.
