Ordered linen clothing but got polyester and no return address

I ordered some clothing from Harper & Wells because it was advertised as linen. What showed up was elastaine and polyester. The shoes were too small and just really poor quality. Their website says hassle free returns.

But they will not give me a return address. They keep offering a 30% refund if I keep the stuff. I have sent several emails over the past week trying to get a real resolution but nothing. Their email is [email protected] and I see the phone is (917) 724-2963. I spent $116.91 and just want to send it back.
