Ordered from Harper Wells Boston and they won't honor return policy
They send an email that looks automatic saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours. They never do. But they send me solicitation emails every day to sell more stuff. I have figured out this is a scam and they will not honor their return policy or get back to me. I lost about $209.80 on this.
Easy returns on their site cost me fifty bucks
The quality is not what they show online and the sizes don’t fit at all. When I tried to return, they told me it would cost $50 to send it back internationally plus a bunch of paperwork. So much for simple. They offered me a refund of 20% of what I paid, which is like $30, and told me to just keep the stuff. I spent $152.88 total.
So my choice is pay $50 and deal with the hassle of shipping it overseas, or take the $30 and be stuck with clothes I would never wear because they’re bad quality and don’t fit. Neither option is good. I emailed them at [email protected] and got no real help. They also called me from (917) 724-2963. I just want my money back for this junk.
Dresses I tried to cancel and return but they keep pushing replacements
Weeks later the dresses finally showed up. I've been trying to return them for 3 weeks now. The best they would offer me is 40% cash back. That's not even close to what I paid. I spent $107.91 total.
Now they're saying they shipped me a replacement. I didn't ask for that. I didn't accept any offer for that. I didn't place another order or anything. But they say it's in transit. This is just fraud. They won't take the return and they keep sending stuff I don't want.

I'm posting this so maybe someone else won't make the same mistake I did. It's frustrating.
Ordered a dress online but they won't let me return it
They emailed me back and said I could only get 15% back of what I paid. That's not a return that's just a ripoff. I paid $58 for this dress. Their address is 5215 S Boyle Ave in Los Angeles. I tried emailing again at [email protected] but no real help. Just feels like a scam honestly.
Ordered orthopedic shoes and now they won't answer
I sent several emails asking about returns and how to send them back. They just stopped answering me. No reply to anything.
