Ordered leather orthopedic sandals, got cheap plastic instead

I saw an ad for these leather orthopedic sandals from a company called Harper Wells Boston. The website looked fine so I ordered a pair for 59.99. They came in the mail and they are not leather at all. Just some kind of cheap plastic or fake material. And the orthopedic part is a joke, they have no support.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number on the site is 1(917) 724-2963 and it just rings. The address they listed is in Boston, MA but I don't think it's a real store. I just want my money back but nobody answers.
