No company name on return label for sandals and blouse

I bought two things from them, sandals and a blouse. The sandals were poor quality and too large. The blouse I didn't like the fabric or the fit. Their site said a "30 day no-hassle" return.

So I asked for a return authorization. But they just keep giving me excuses why I shouldn't send the stuff back. I spent $89.92. They are at an address in Key West, FL. Their email is [email protected]. They won't give me a real return label.
