Sandals I ordered looked nothing like the picture online
So I emailed them at [email protected] and said these don't fit and hurt my feet. Their response was basically saying sending them back would be a hassle with international customs and cost a lot. Then they offered me a 15% refund and said I could pick another product for free. I lost $49.95 on this.
