Quilted hoodie was printed not real and too small
They say they have a 30 day return policy so I emailed them at [email protected] to ask about returning it. They came back saying I could keep the one I had and they'd send me a bigger one for $17 more. I just wanted my money back at that point. It was $69.95 total I lost.
Once I asked for a refund instead of paying more money, they just stopped answering my emails. I've tried calling the number 1(917) 724-2963 too but no one picks up.
Product photos did not match what was delivered
When the package finally showed up I could tell right away something was off. The item was built with way cheaper materials than what the pictures showed. The craftsmanship was just bad. It was flimsy and felt like it would break if I looked at it wrong. It's clearly not the same product they are advertising on their site. The photos are totally deceptive. I didn't lose any money because I got a refund but still what a waste of time. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
Cheap shoes that would fall apart after a few wears
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no reply. These are supposed to be decent shoes but they're clearly counterfeit. Just really flimsy material and the stitching looks bad. They need to be stopped because people are going to keep getting ripped off.
Ordered from Boston store ad but got cheap plastic items
After a bunch of emails back and forth about when things would ship, I finally got my package. The shoes were supposed to be orthopedic but they were just plastic, no insole or arch support at all. And the dress, which was marked down from $299.95 to $59.95, came in this huge maternity size even though I ordered a medium. The material felt like plastic too, just really cheaply made.
Their website says returns are easy and hassle free with 30 days. But when I emailed them about sending things back, they gave me an address in China. It would cost me $40 to $50 just to ship it back. Otherwise they said I could keep everything and they would send me a new order, but I don't want anything else from them. I already lost $130 on this.
