Job offer that didn’t add up after asking about equipment

I got an email from someone saying they were hiring. They asked me a bunch of questions and then said equipment would be mailed off through the post office. The job was posted saying it started on the 28th but then in the message they said something about the 30th. That didn’t make sense to me.

So I started looking them up to see if they were real or fake. I couldn’t find much that felt right. I didn’t lose any money but it felt strange the whole way through.
