Ordered from Instagram ad and got cheap blouses that don't fit

I bought some stuff from this company I saw on Instagram. They had this whole thing about being an American family, the Harrington sisters, made it seem legit. I spent $89 and waited about a month.

Two blouses finally showed up. They were cheap, poorly made, and the sizes were all wrong. I tried to return them and they said it would cost me 30 to 40 dollars just to send them back. Then they said returned merchandise gets lost easily and if it gets lost you get no refund. So basically you're stuck.

This is false advertising and a fake company preying on people. I feel stupid for falling for it.
