Strange voicemail for my mom about a complaint case number

A woman called and left a voicemail on my phone. She was looking for my mom and left a number to call back. The case number she gave was "ES PROCESSING 913930" and said my mom should call 844-497-1764.

So I called it. A guy answered saying "Harris and Cohen Associates." I asked for their address and he wouldn't give it to me. Then he hung up. I called back and asked again for their info for my lawyer and he hung up again. He said they have businesses all over and then just hung up.

My mom is 68 years old. She has zero credit and zero debt. She barely leaves the house. There is no reason anyone should be complaining about her. This whole thing feels off.
