Text about a debt I don't owe and not even my name

Got a text message the other day saying "Jennifer, Harris & Harris collects for Oklahoma Turnpike Authority." It said I owed $57.95 on some account number for a license plate I don't even recognize. My name isn't Jennifer and I don't have a car in my name right now.

They had a link to pay at hhcollect.co and a number to call, 866-659-4104. I didn't click on anything or call because it just felt off. I looked up the phone number online and saw it's linked to scammers. Just weird.
