Ordered from a supposed US company, got a Chinese item and lost my money

I placed an order because this company, Harrison and Clarke, said it was from the US. They had a 100% refund policy for new items with tags, so I made a purchase. When the item showed up, it was a 3x instead of a Large and it came directly from China.

I contacted them. They offered a full refund after they inspected the return. I sent it back with USPS. The tracking shows it was received in their country on 11/22/2025. I’ve emailed them multiple times since then and they just say it takes a long time. Now they’re asking for more money to pay a tariff. USPS says the company is responsible for that, not me.

My package is stuck somewhere in China and I’m out $135. They are definitely not an American company. I have the whole email thread if anyone needs to see it.
