Facebook ad for closing sale with free jewelry feels like a scam

I saw this company Harrison and James on Facebook marketplace. They were posting ads about a closing sale with free jewelry items. It said the jewelry had high value like gems and stones. Sounded too good to be true.

I looked into it and found multiple reviews on Trust Pilot saying it’s a scam. The website is harrisonandjames.com. I didn’t buy anything but I wanted to report it so nobody else gets tricked. No money lost on my end but still feels wrong they’re posting this.
