Ordered a large and got a 5X with no help from them

I saw an ad for their product and it looked good so I ordered it. I even paid extra for the vip fast shipping. It took three weeks to get here.

When it finally showed up the product was completely wrong. I ordered a large and they sent me a 5X. I tried emailing them at [email protected] multiple times to get a resolution but nobody ever wrote back.

I also tried their website at https://harrorest.com/pages/contact-us. Still nothing. I lost $54.98 on this and I can’t get anyone to respond.
