Ordered a hair steamer from an Instagram ad and never got it

I saw this hair steamer and hair product advertised on Instagram. I bought it from their website, harutai.com, on March 3rd. It's now March 21st and I never received anything.

I tried contacting them to ask where my order is, but they haven't responded. I looked at their website more closely and they have no address, no phone number, nothing. The only way to contact them is through a form where you have to give more info.

When I tried to log into the account I made to buy the product, it doesn't even exist. It looks like I never bought anything. But I checked, and there is definitely a charge for $187.98 on my credit card.
