Charged for a membership I never agreed to on hautebeauty.com

I ordered something from hautebeauty.com and then they charged me $29.99 for some membership club. I never signed up for that. I didn't agree to anything like that.

I'm still trying to get my money back. I've been going back and forth with them but no luck so far. It's just frustrating because it came out of nowhere.
