Bought stuff online and never got anything from them

I ordered some items online from Haven Beck and paid $222.78. That was a while ago and I still haven’t gotten anything. I keep trying to contact them but nobody answers. When I do get someone they just say I will receive it soon.

Now I read online that this company is a scam. Their phone number is (269) 390-3330 and their email is [email protected]. They have an address in New York, NY but I don’t know if that’s real. I just want my money back or my items. Can someone help me with this please?

Ordered two dresses online but got cheap fabric instead

I bought 2 dresses from havenbeck.com. The stuff they sent was just poor quality, nothing like what the website showed. I emailed them right away and asked to return them.

So I sent the dresses back and got a confirmation that someone named S. Rios received them. That was over 3 weeks ago. Now they just keep dodging me. Every time I ask about my refund they say they are working with the concerned team. I still have not gotten my money back. I lost $126.93 on this.

I attached what I could from our conversations but the site only lets me upload one file.
