Website looked real until the tracking number didn't work

I got an email about a clothing sale and saw this Lauren Waist Cinched Midi Dress in black that I wanted. The price was half off the original so I ordered it. On 8/19/26 I got an email saying order received and shipped at 9:15am with a tracking number.

After a week or two I entered the number and it said Yun Express and the number kept getting rejected. I called the shipping number 888-744-7123 and they said their numbers are not that long. That's when I tried to find a customer number online.

Then I saw online that Ecautious.com stated Haven Beck is a fraudulent clothing store. I called my bank and they are filing a claim. Lost $70.48.

Bought stuff online and never got anything from them

I ordered some items online from Haven Beck and paid $222.78. That was a while ago and I still haven’t gotten anything. I keep trying to contact them but nobody answers. When I do get someone they just say I will receive it soon.

Now I read online that this company is a scam. Their phone number is (269) 390-3330 and their email is [email protected]. They have an address in New York, NY but I don’t know if that’s real. I just want my money back or my items. Can someone help me with this please?

Ordered two dresses online but got cheap fabric instead

I bought 2 dresses from havenbeck.com. The stuff they sent was just poor quality, nothing like what the website showed. I emailed them right away and asked to return them.

So I sent the dresses back and got a confirmation that someone named S. Rios received them. That was over 3 weeks ago. Now they just keep dodging me. Every time I ask about my refund they say they are working with the concerned team. I still have not gotten my money back. I lost $126.93 on this.

I attached what I could from our conversations but the site only lets me upload one file.
