Got a weird empty bag in the mail from an address in Valley Stream

I went to my mailbox and saw a small grey bag. I opened it up and it just contained another empty grey bag inside. That was it. Nothing else. It had a return address for 70 E Hawthorne Ave in Valley Stream, NY. I never ordered anything from there. It just felt strange and pointless to get an empty bag in the mail.
