Ordered from Haya Herbs, package was lost, and now I can't get my money back

I placed an order on January 1st. The package was supposed to come on the 8th. When it didn't, I reached out to the seller on the 22nd. I didn't hear anything, so I tried again on the 28th.

They finally responded that same day, saying the package was just moving slowly. I asked for a refund instead. They emailed back saying they would issue a refund only if the courier confirmed the package was lost. I contacted the courier, and they told me it was indeed lost.

I emailed the seller on February 13th to update them with that information. I haven't gotten any response at all. It's been radio silence. I have more screenshots of our conversation, but I can only upload one here. I'm out $95.50.
