Four small stainless steel balls showed up in the mail I didn't order

I got a package in the mail with four little stainless steel balls. That's it. No note, no invoice, nothing. The return address says 20 Haypress rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512, USA. I didn't order anything like that and I checked my account and there's no charge for it either.

It's just weird. I don't know what this is about or who sent it. No company name on the package or anything. Just those balls in a box. I'm not out any money but it feels strange getting stuff you didn't ask for.
