Job ad that asked for a signed cover letter before meeting

I saw a job posting and applied. They emailed me back asking me to fill out an online questionnaire which I did. Then they sent me this fake cover letter thing they wanted me to sign before they would even meet with me. That felt strange so I did not sign it.

The phone number they used is (410) 934-7315 and their website is hbpowerwash.com. The email came from [email protected]. Their address is in Cockeysville, MD.

I looked into it more and other people say the real scam is about office equipment. They get your bank info to pay wages or send a fake check. I didn't lose any money but it was just a weird process.
