Ordered supplements that got stuck at customs, now can't get help

I ordered from Healthletic on January 19th. They sell BPC-157 peptides and had a buy two get one free deal, so I paid $210. Their site says it can take 10 to 14 days. It's now February 5th and nothing has arrived.

When I tracked it, it said the package was coming from Lithuania. But their website says "Made in the USA." That didn't make sense. Now the tracking says my order is detained at customs. They told me to click a link for more info, but it just goes to some page in Lithuania in a foreign language I can't read.

I can't get any real help or a straight answer. This feels like a scam. I just want my money back.
