Paid for BPC-157 twice and never got it

I signed up for a subscription for BPC-157 from healthletic.io. In May, they took money from my PayPal for it, and I never got the product. I emailed them and they said it was on back order and would ship in 5-7 days. Still nothing.

Then on July 14, they charged me again. I still never got anything. I tried calling the number on the site, (833) 508-6837, but the call just disconnected. I couldn't talk to a real person.

I emailed again, same story—back ordered, 5-7 days. That was a lie too. I've emailed about four times now and no one is answering. They took $402.75 total from me and I have nothing to show for it. The address they list is in Wyoming but that doesn't help me. I just want my money back or the product.

Paid for Nattokenace on Facebook and never got the bottles

I saw this ad on Facebook for Nattokenace supplement, 3 bottles for $85.00. Sounded good so I ordered it. Paid through PayPal on May 1, 2026. The money was taken right out of my bank account.

That was the last I heard. No bottles ever showed up. No tracking number, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their website is Healthletic.io and they list an address in Casper, WY but I don't know if that's even real.

So I'm out $88.94 and have nothing to show for it. Just a charge on my bank statement.

Ordered BOGO from Healthletic, now stuck in customs for months

I ordered a buy one get one deal from these guys on April 5th. It finally shipped on the 15th but now it’s been sitting in customs because it’s not even an American company like they said. Turns out it’s from Lithuania.

It’s been two months now and every time I ask they just say we can’t refund your money because it’s still shipping. They say it’s stuck in customs and they’ll escalate but nothing ever happens. Just keep getting the same quick answer.

Ordered a supplement and got fake tracking from Lithuania

I ordered Nattokinase from their website. They said it was made in the USA. A month later I still had not gotten it. Then they sent me some tracking number that said the package was in Lithuania. That made no sense.

Plus they charged me for a second bottle. I never subscribed to anything and I never even got the first order. I had to file a claim with my bank to stop the payment.

They are scammers.

Ordered something that was supposed to be made in the USA

I saw an ad saying their product was made in the USA. So I bought it from healthletic.io. But then something got sent from Lithuania instead. It got seized by US Customs. I lost $115.00 on this order.

I tried to contact them at their email, [email protected]. Nothing. No reply, no explanation. The whole thing just feels wrong.
