Bought dementia vitamins, returned them, and never got my money back

I ordered two bottles of those "dementia prevention" vitamins from Healthy Living. As soon as I got them, I read the label and saw the endorsements were all fake, just AI generated stuff. I sent them back right away, still sealed.

The package was delivered but I never got my refund. It's been 191 dollars. I've called almost every day and it always says it's not normal business hours. No one answers. I've sent emails too. Nothing. No response at all.

Paid for products from Healthy Living and now I can't reach them to return it

I got a shipment of products from Healthy Living that I paid for and I want to send it back. I haven't been able to get through to them at their phone number, (302) 618-4094, to even start a return. It just doesn't work.

The payments went through an account called CARTPANDA in Delaware. There were three separate charges: $320.17, $105.63, and $378.97. We did get the product, but we want to return it.

I'm going to try to return it on Monday, February 9th. But first I need to contact them to get a return number, and I can't. I haven't called PayPal or my bank yet, but I'm going to do that today.
