Bought a weight loss product that seems to be a total scam

I was encouraged to buy a weight loss product called LipoDyne by Healthy Living. After I got it, I realized I didn't really need it and tried to call for a return. The phone number is 302-618-4094. No matter when you call, it's just a recording saying they're out of office hours.

They have a customer service email, [email protected]. I went to the actual Healthy Living website and they don't even list this product. That's when I searched the email address online and found it on ScamPulse.com, saying the whole transaction is a scam. I lost over $223.
