Ordered dog collagen and now I can't stop the shipments

I ordered this Healthy Petz Premium Liquid Collagen for my dog back a while ago and now I can't get it to stop. I have tried to contact them but nobody answers. The website is www.healthy petz.com and the email is [email protected] but I never get a reply.

The address on the box says 415 s 7th avenue in La Puente, CA 91746. I also tried the shipping company called Sunyou at the same address in City of Industry but no luck there either. They just keep sending more bottles to my house and I already lost $78.00 on this. I think this is a scam because I have no way to cancel anything.

Ordered once but got charged twice for two shipments

I placed a one time order online with Healthy Petz. Just one order, that’s all I did. But then they sent me two orders and charged me twice. I didn’t place a second order at all. It was $89.00 total they took. I don’t know why they did that. I just wanted what I ordered the first time.
