Ordered one time for my dog, they charged me again anyway

I ordered this for my dog and I specifically pressed the one time order button. About a month later I get a message saying my next order was coming. I reached out to them, tonight was the 5th time I called or emailed. I did not authorize them to take more than one payment out of my credit card. I want that money reimbursed. I had to get a new CC so they couldn’t take more money out of my account. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Their email is [email protected] and their website is www.healthy-petz-collagen.ca. They also have an address in Elk Grove Village, IL. Total money lost was 87.99.
