Facebook ad for pet collagen turned out to be a scam

I saw this ad on Facebook for Healthy Petz Liquid Collagen and they said 100% money back guarantee so I figured why not try it for my dog who keeps licking his paws. It didn't help at all so I called the number on the website to get my money back. Left a message and nobody ever called me back.

Then out of nowhere they send me three more bottles of this stuff that I never asked for. I didn't order them. I went back to the website that was on Facebook and it just took me to Amazon instead of their page. That felt strange.

The two bags the product came in have a name Jim Lin and an address at 415 S 7th av in City of Industry California 91746. I lost 100 dollars on this.
