Tried to cancel my dog’s subscription but nobody will reply

I bought this product for my dogs and it’s just not working like they said it would. So I tried to cancel my subscription through emails. I sent them 3 emails already to [email protected] but I never got any confirmation or even a reply back.

I don’t want them to send me an automatic shipment next month. The product is not working the way it was advertised. Please help me stop this.

They keep charging me for a product I told them to stop sending

I ordered this product from Healthypetz.com for my dog. It was supposed to prevent itching. It didn't work at all. So I told them to stop sending it and stop charging me.

But they just keep sending it anyway. And they keep charging my card. I've told them more than once to stop. I lost about 32 dollars. It's a counterfeit product I think. They just won't listen.
