Ordered from Heapbulb on Instagram, cancelled right away, item still came

I placed an order from Heapbulb on Instagram on June 17th. I cancelled it like 2 hours later through [email protected] with the order number. I even called my credit card company to warn them and block the charge before it went through. They told me to replace my card so I did.

Then on July 8th the item showed up anyway. I emailed them saying they sent it by mistake since I cancelled back on the 17th. Asked for return instructions. They wrote back asking for pictures so I sent those. Then they offered me $6 to keep it because return shipping was too expensive. I said no so they offered $9 instead.

Also the original order confirmation said $67.18 but they charged my card $83.98. I already filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have screenshots of everything but could only upload one here.
