Call about a loan pre-approval I never asked for

I got a voicemail from someone named Serena at Hearthstone Financial saying I was pre-approved for a $40,000 unsecured personal loan with payments of $475 a month. She said to call her back at 217-834-9723 to review everything before they send documents.

I never applied for any loan from these people. The number she called from was 1(866) 732-8066. It just feels strange getting a call like that out of nowhere. I didn't lose any money but it seems like one of those advance fee loan things where they ask for money upfront. I just wanted to report it.
