Fake review posted in my name on a suspicious hearing aid website

I was looking at the HearupUSA.com website for hearing aids. They claim to sell FDA approved ones, but I was looking at pediatric hearing aids. Those can't be sold over the counter or online without a prescription, so that's already not right.

At the bottom of their site, it says they are ScamPulse.com accredited. I checked ScamPulse.com and couldn't find any accreditation for them at all. Then, within a week of me first contacting them, I saw a 5-star review on their site written in MY name. I never wrote that. The reviews are fake.

The whole website is built on lies. I don't even know if they actually send out hearing aids. I backed away as soon as I saw that fake review with my name on it. It felt very off.
