Ordered three dresses but got wrong items and no one will answer
I tried calling their support number at (301) 381-4140 but you just get a voicemail. I left a message. Nobody called back. I also sent two messages through their website support page and got nothing back either.
There was no shipping slip inside the package so I don't have an order number. But there were like multiple shipping labels stuck on the outside of the box. The website shows an address to return things to—436 North 17th Street, Saint Joseph, MO 64501—but I'm not sure I want to send them back there because I don't even know if it's real. I'm out $1.49 and just stuck with these wrong dresses.
