Phone call about a personal loan with a fake name

I got a call from someone named Helen Hopkins saying she was a senior underwriter. She said she had good news about a loan I supposedly applied for through one of their lending partners. I never applied for any loan.

She kept saying my profile fit for a better rate and that I could get $25,000 at 5.75% with payments around $458 a month. She said to press one or call her back at 877-578-1953. Then she gave another number 888-310-4836. It was all very pushy and fast talking.

I didn't lose any money but it felt like a scam. No company name was ever given. Just a person named Helen Hopkins.
