Fake passport site called Hello.gov with a government AI agent

I used Hello.gov thinking it was a real government site for getting a passport. The phone number they gave was 800-944-5666 and then some agent called me from 202-858-1111. But the agent is just artificial intelligence, not a real person. They will steal your identity and take money from your account. I didn't lose any money yet but I feel like my info is out there now. Do not use this site.
