Two charges from a site I never signed up for

I got charged two times on my credit card, both dated 6/10. One was for $35.00 and the other was for $12.78, both from HELP.DIGESTIPLAN.COM. I never signed up for any of their products or services.

I've been trying to get information to get these charges reversed but all you get is a run-around. Nobody gives you a straight answer and I can't find a real person to talk to. Just keeps going in circles.
