Ordered a walker for my mom and never got it

My mother ordered a walker from this company. They charged her credit card right away, like 55 dollars and some change. They said she would get an email when it shipped.

That was 5 weeks ago. No email, no walker, nothing. We tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The website is Henvor and they have an address in Patterson, NJ. Just feels like we got ripped off.
