Charged for a monthly subscription I never signed up for
I got a charge from Her+ for a monthly subscription. I never signed up for that. All I did was order one sample pack of their probiotic gummies.
They're saying that by ordering the sample, I signed up for a monthly subscription. They say it was shown at checkout and on the invoice. But it never was there. Now they're telling me the unauthorized charge is my fault. They took $37.40.
I tried emailing them at [email protected] about it. It didn't get me anywhere.
