Ordered hair oil from Instagram ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Instagram from HER+. It was for Anti-hair Growth Oil. I purchased the oil on 5/15/26 and I still haven’t received it and it’s 6/28/26.

I was also automatically signed up for a subscription that I didn’t agree, nor sign up for. I sent messages that I didn’t get replies to and I couldn’t cancel the subscription. I eventually had to just remove my payment information to not be charged for the upcoming shipment. However, I did receive a weird tracking number from some company that led to nowhere and me still not getting my order.

I later sent a message requesting a refund, and eventually a reply came asking me to verify my address so they could resend the order. I have no confidence that I will ever receive it or my money. I’ll update with any new information that I receive.
