Been trying to cancel my subscription since November and they just ignore me

I signed up for a subscription and now I cannot cancel it no matter what I do. I have asked them multiple times since November of last year and they just ignore all my requests. I sent emails and tried calling but nobody will help me.

They took $315 from me and I still cannot get them to stop. I keep asking and they just do not reply. It is really frustrating because I do not want this anymore and they will not let me out of it.
