Ordered from herbloom.cm and got a fake tracking number

I ordered something from herbloom.cm and paid $54. They sent me a tracking number from China but it never moved at all. Just sat there the whole time.

I emailed them to ask where my stuff was because the tracking wasn't telling me anything useful. They said it was on the way and to be patient. So I waited some more. Then I emailed again asking for a refund and they just stopped replying after that. Never heard back from them.
